DONATE NOW

We appreciate every donation, whether big or small! If there is a specific cause you’d like to support, please add a message to your donation and we’ll ensure that the funds reach your chosen charity. Thank you for your support!

Please note: While we are still in the early days of setting up the Foundation, all donations will go through our sister Foundation, GoAbroad. The GoAbroad Foundation supports grassroots projects around the world through partnerships with locally led organizations dedicated to supporting their communities in meaningful ways. Our partners’ projects range from community development to education and ending hunger to promoting equality.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR DONATION!

Every donation received goes towards one of our chosen causes, making a tangible difference in the lives of the people and wildlife that call this incredible continent home.

*Note: By donating to the African Horse Safaris Foundation (AHSF) you consent to our collection and storage of your Donation Information, as is required by law for all registered 501c(3) nonprofit organizations. All donations are subject to the African Horse Safaris Foundation’s Privacy Policy.

HOW YOUR MONEY HELPS

Donations are used for training rangers and purchasing vital equipment for the anti-poaching teams, including communication units, intelligence systems, military-grade boots, medical equipment, binoculars, and night vision goggles. In areas where wildlife needs 24h security, this equipment is the key to the survival of endangered species.

Constant bio-diversity studies and annual species surveys are conducted, and comprehensive action plans are in place to protect wildlife on the brink of extinction. Securing and expanding much-needed safe habitat and increasing the conservation landscape available for wildlife is vitally important.

Funds go towards workshops to introduce children from local schools and communities to the bush and its wildlife, showing them the importance of it’s protection. This helps to manage human-wildlife conflict in areas where they live side-by-side, finding ways to live in harmony.

Happy kids classroom

Through the Education Support Programmes, we invest in primary, secondary and tertiary education for local children through contributions to bursaries, faculty and facilities. Supporting the conservationists of the future! We also aim to sponsor guiding schools mounted anti-poaching training for adults.

All of the safari operators hire rangers, guides, cooks, cleaners and admin staff from the local communities. It is estimated that for every 1 person coming to Africa, they impact 7 local people. Protecting these vast ecosystems provides jobs and opportunities for both young and old in the surrounding communities.
